  • I placed my order on a Standard delivery, when will it be delivered?"
    All our orders are shipped out via SingPost Standard Mail, unless it is a large order and we will hand deliver. For orders placed before 2pm we aim to dispatch them the same day, upon receipt of order payment. SingPost Standard Mail delivery takes 3-4 working days.
  • Do you deliver overseas?
    Unfortunately we don't offer this service, due to high overseas delivery costs.
  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    No, we do however need a few of your personal details, for you to place an order with us. For example: Name, address, payment details. It would be beneficial for you to create an account for future use and to find out about any promotions or discounts we may offer.
  • I placed an order for Same Day Delivery, what time can I expect to receive it?"
    *Same Day Deliveries are Monday - Saturday* In order to get same day delivery, you need to select this option upon check out and pay the $10 delivery fee. You will need to place the order before 1:00pm, the earlier you place the order, the sooner we can have it delivered. Following successful receipt of your order payment, we will package your goods and send them on their way. In some cases you could have your order before 3:00pm depending on your location and how busy we are. We will however aim to have any same day orders delivered by 7:30pm. Any same day deliveries placed after 1:00pm will be delivered the following working day. (Not including Sunday)
