If your order is placed before 2:00pm, our dispatch team will aim to dispatch your delivery the same day, following successful receipt of your order payment. Delivery will be via Sing Post. Local delivery should be with you within 3-5 working days. Order fulfilment times do not include weekends and public holidays.

For urgent deliveries, we offer a same day delivery service for $15 if the order is placed before 1:00pm. Please select this delivery option upon check out, if it is required. If Order is placed after 1:00pm this will be delivered the following working day. (Not Including Sunday or Public Holidays).

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Cards for Occasions Pte Ltd, we will always send your products in perfect condition. However, occasionally, a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or it is damaged in delivery or is the wrong item, we ask you to contact us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible. We may then request you to return it to us within 7 working days and will advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
